Allergies and the weather the cause?

I live in chicago, where the temp today got near 100. On my phone I noticed that grass allergies, an were very high. I feel like I have one, because I get dizzy, sniffle ish, have trouble breathing and this short but constant cough. I had similar sympthoms the other day, and it was high then, but yesterday the allergie rate was low and I didn't have any problem. I also feel shaky, anxious, and tired. Is this from allergies, the weather, or both? Also: don't offer advice on meds to take. They make me feel even worse.
