How do you concentrate in school when you can't concentrate with little noises?

I have some really big tests coming up and I have no problem with answering the questions, it's just that I can't concentrate at all with noise (people sniffling, coughing etc.). If anybody has had this problem and has figured out how to solve it then please help! Thanks:)
