Should I set up a business with her?

I work with my friend and we have planned to half our money in to buy equipment then go to college and eventually start a business together, however she calls in sick a lot even though we know she's actually fine and just wants a lazy day or just has a sniffle sometimes even for cramp and i know she doesn't really care about the quality of her work either. Do you think it would be different if it was our own business because it's completely different to what we do now and something I think she would enjoy or do you think she might get bored with it after a while and start her old tricks again? I don't want to do all the work and end up giving her half the profit x
