Tips for taking the SATs when sick?

Tomorrow, I will be taking the SATs, and sadly I am sick. Nothing major, just a runny nose, cough and sore throat, but I was wondering if anyone has taken the SATs or other major test in a similar condition and has any tips on how to best manage my symptoms so I don't cough and sniffle for the entire four hour test.
