Permanent Cold Symptoms?

Every day for the last 6+ months I've been having constant sneezing, sniffling, coughing and wheezing. I don't have any pets and the house is well kept. It gets about 3x worse when I try to lay down. Anyone have any ideas what it may be, and a way to get rid of it or at least tone it down?
