What happens if you flash back a cop?

I was looking out my window while there was LOADS of thunder outside and a cop passed by my house a flashed me with its flashlight so i got my flashlight (it's brighter than the cop's) and flashed him back while it was leaving and i saw the brake lights go on. I quickly got back into my house. Am i gonna get fined?
