it sounds like he wants to get back with you. if you feel the same...bring it up. if you bring it up and he says he doesn't want to just drop it. maybe you two shouldn't talk about other boys/girls you're interested in. you can tell him you don't like it when he talks about other girls or just make things awkward like he does when you bring up other guys. play the game he's playing and if you guys are meant to get together again you will.
