How to get rid of a pimple on my nose in 2 days?

So in 2 days, I have a date and i have this pimple right smack on my nose. It doesn't really pop out much, but it is all red around it and almost covers half of my nose. It also REALLY hurts a lot whenever I touch it or even sniffle my nose. Any advice on how to get rid of it in 2 days??
