Is my rabbit safe...?

my bunny may have sniffles which is a shame and she recently escaped to mate with my male (he doesn't have it) and she is highly likely pregnant , i don't know how to tell , but is there any chance of the baby's catching what the mothers got after they are born , if so should i hand rear them?
