She is probably just Fighting off the cold, or reacting to the medicine as someone else said. Sick hamsters and other small rodents really benefit from a small raise in the cage temperature, talk to your vet and see if it would be a good idea to put a small heating lamp near the cage, but make sure she can move away from it if she needs to. Make sure she is clean and warm.
