What's the best blackest eye liner brand for my under eye lid?

i need a good eye liner, i use maybelline and sometimes rimmel, i've used almay before.. but most of them i have to go over my under eye like 30 times to get it really black! i use liquid on top so im not worried about that... what do you use? i need one that turns very black with one or two strides of colour! thanks guys!
