What is wrong with my bunny Sun Drop?

I haven't been able to play with my rabbit all winter because my Parents say they will die from shock because of the temperature change, and she has been acting strange. (Also her sister died because when I whent on vacation for a week, nobody fed her, luckily sun drop survived) I can't pick her up without using gloves because she will bite,well, she doesn't bite, she sort of nibbles, and squeals really loud. I don't know what to do because u have a baby brother who won't leave it alone and tries to sit on it, so I can't take it inside until she's back to normal :'( please help me!!!!! What is wrong with Sun Drop?!?!?!?! *sniffles*
