Help! I can't get along with my mom?

All she does is tell me what I can't do and correct me on everything even if I do something perfect. Even the littlest things will set her off!!! I was moving my nose in a weird way when I was sniffling and shes like, what are you doing!!! And I just went to my room. I am ******* sick of her!!! All she does is ***** at me, then I say something back or go to my room and then I get in trouble with my dad!!! I hate my family so much and I can't take this stress anymore. My heart aches all the time and this is not helping my heart murmur. I can't go to a counselor because school is out. Please tell me what to do. I am always so bored and depressed.
