Should I ask for some type of refund from the Vet? Very upset they did not treat our kitten well?

She was severely dehydrated and had a temp of 103.6 also very lethargic. Sniffles had a very bad URI. Her nostrils were almost closed up and she was breathing thru her mouth. It happened very quick and she would not eat or drink.Sneezing alot.Anyway the vet we went to acted like he could care whether we were there or not. I thought she wasn't going to make it. Didn't even offer fluids for her.Unreal... never even gave or tried to give her water. Showed no compassion or concern at all...
