I can't trust my partner after of years of lies and hiding alcohol (she's an alcoholic). Is there hope for us?

The only way to cure this problem is to get to the root of it. You can start by making sure she gets the treatment she needs. If she refuses, then I would move on because you tried everything to help her but if she doesn't want to, you can't force her because it's her decision.
