Why does my head and neck hurt when I blow my nose?

I was sick and it decided to make a return visit, but now my nose is really stuffy. I've been blowing it alot and it just fills back up. My head was starting to hurt a little when I sniffled then I slept kind of funny and now when I cough or blow my nose my head and/or neck hurts. Think its just part of the cold?
